Halloween & Pumpkin Picking 2024

The Pumpkin House is decorated with over 1,000 pumpkins and handmade out of wood. It really is a house made of pumpkins!! Completely unique you select your perfect pumpkin direct from its wooden shelves - It is pumpkin picking with a twist!

Park in our large car park and walk up to the Pumpkin House site. On arrival at the field please explore the Pumpkin House and choose any pumpkin you would like from the Pumpkin House shelves.

 

All our pumpkins are for sale!! We will have standard Jack O'Lantern's plus an array of weird and wonderful varieties including gourds and squashes. All pumpkins include a free leaflet telling you how to carve it, cook it and grow your own. We also have pumpkin totem poles, a pumpkin arch and lots of great photo opportunities. Plus of course wheelbarrows!

In addition to the Pumpkin House, we have an array of activities

• The mini house – perfect for little witches and wizards and usually decorated in our white pumpkins

• The Hay bale towers to climb

• The wooded walk and Maize Maze - full of spooky trails covering 6 acres

• The Halloween haven stocked full of decorations, Halloween fancy dress costumes and some pumpkin house merchandise

• Games - including tin can alley

• On certain days we will have face painting and wood fired pizza 

• Fancy Dress Competition 

• Vintage machinery

• Our very own musical organ playing traditional songs. 

• Delicious cakes, snacks and drinks are available from our pop-up café including pumpkin cake and pumpkin soup

• Large covered marquee to shelter under if the weather is bad.

Pumpkins are charged according to size. We do advise wearing welly boots as the field can get very muddy. Booking opens in September.
